To enable me to provide a music service for the benefit of students;
To access individual records - these may include your name, date-of-birth, address, phone number, e-mail & bank details;
To book examinations;
To maintain accounts.
Please note that I do not keep your personal details on this website.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Processing is necessary for carrying out obligations under employment as a music teacher.
Sharing your personal data
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other bodies such as ABRSM & Trinity College with regard to music exams.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Your data is kept as long as you continue to use my services. Certain data such as name and exam results are kept indefinitely for statistical purposes, to help improve my services.
Your rights and your personal data
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data: -
The right to request a copy of your personal data which I hold about you;
The right to request that I correct any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for me to retain such data;
